In this role, you will serve as a strategic consultant to Veeva's most strategic CRM customers, combining life sciences industry expertise with technical aptitude. You will collaborate across product, support, sales, services, and business consulting teams to help clients maximize their Veeva investments using a data-driven and consultative approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their initiatives, goals, success criteria, milestones, and organizational culture
- Align with key stakeholders across Commercial and Medical functions to establish stronger CRM management programs
- Educate customers about Veeva CRM products, services, and operating models
- Evaluate customer CRM investments and identify efficiency and effectiveness gains
- Demonstrate CRM capabilities including use-cases, best practices, and solutions to known gaps
- Act as a liaison to the product team, bringing customer intelligence to influence the product roadmap
- Guide customers on best practices for optimizing Veeva release consumption, including governance and change management
- Influence and drive organizational change within customer accounts
Veeva operates as a Work Anywhere company, supporting flexibility to work from home or in the office. The company is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in 15+ countries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, or other CRM consulting experience (delivery/implementation)
- Proven track record as a strategic, trusted advisor with ability to influence change
- Ability to interpret, articulate, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences (business and IT)
- Strong ability to process, analyze, and interpret customer information (product utilization data, requirements)
- Self-starter capable of owning ongoing customer success
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Based in Europe with ability to work across time zones
NICE TO HAVE:
- Life sciences industry expertise (biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device/diagnostics)
- Experience with Veeva Vault or CRM implementations in heavily-regulated industries (finance/banking, oil/energy, chemicals, agriculture/food)
- CRM program management experience
