As a Customer Success Manager based in Amsterdam, you will serve as the trusted advisor and key link between Mollie's largest Dutch customers and the company's success. Your role combines relationship management with strategic account growth, directly impacting customer retention, platform adoption, and significant account expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer renewals and proactively identifying churn risks while uncovering upsell opportunities for payment methods and product expansion
- Building and maintaining trust with key customer stakeholders through regular strategic business reviews and check-ins, serving as the primary point of contact
- Collecting customer insights and advocating internally to shape product enhancements and ensure offerings align with client needs
- Tracking account KPIs, health scores, and CSAT/NPS metrics, providing leadership with actionable data-driven insights
- Delivering proactive support to ensure customers maximize value from the Mollie platform
You will work closely with strategic stakeholders across the organization and your feedback will directly influence the product roadmap. Success in this role is measured through customer retention, platform adoption rates, and account growth metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management, or similar customer-facing role within a SaaS organization
- Strong background in negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling to expand customer value and product adoption
- Expertise in building and managing high-value relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Proven data-driven mindset with working knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Excel for account analysis and reporting
- Prior experience accurately maintaining customer account activities (calls, emails, follow-ups) within a CRM tool
- Native fluency in Dutch and professional fluency in English (both written and spoken)
