Strise is hiring its first Customer Success Manager in the UK to own the complete post-sale relationship for a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts at banks, fintechs, and financial institutions. You will manage compliance and financial crime teams—customers who use Strise's AI-powered platform to detect financial crime hidden in corporate ownership structures.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. You'll carry a piece of the Net Revenue Retention (NRR) target, spotting organic upsell opportunities and running the expansion process independently. You'll also manage the commercial mechanics—business reviews, renewals, procurement, and vendor due diligence with enterprise buyers in financial services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building deep trust with your UK client portfolio and proactively identifying customer needs
- Driving expansion and upsell, with accountability for a portion of NRR
- Preventing churn and maintaining healthy customer satisfaction and adoption metrics
- Owning technical onboarding and solution configuration end-to-end, from scoping through training and go-live
- Running business reviews and renewal negotiations with contract signers
- Escalating issues internally and managing stakeholders on both sides
- Helping shape the strategy for UK account growth, not just executing existing playbooks
This is a ground-floor opportunity: there is no existing playbook, and you will build the UK customer success function from scratch. You'll work alongside Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Product Specialists. Few roles sit this close to both the customer and revenue.
Strise helps financial institutions fight financial crime using AI, automation, and data intelligence. The company is scaling Enterprise and establishing a real UK presence after outgrowing its ability to serve the UK book from Oslo.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles at B2B software companies with real commercial responsibility (renewals, upsell, or owned targets)
- Experience selling to or supporting large financial institutions; comfort with compliance, risk, and procurement stakeholders
- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Ability to hold your own in product conversations about API-based software
Bonus qualifications:
- Pre-sales support experience
- Public speaking and seminar hosting experience
- Prior work with Nordic customers
