Searchable is building AI-powered search visibility solutions for brands navigating the new landscape of AI-driven discovery platforms like ChatGPT. As one of the first Customer Success Managers on the U.S. team, you'll own a portfolio of agencies and enterprise accounts through their full lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion.
This role goes beyond relationship management. You'll translate AI Search data into actionable business decisions, help customers achieve their first meaningful results quickly, and build the playbooks and operating rhythms that scale the team. You'll lead business reviews connecting AI Search visibility metrics to customer objectives, spot renewal risk early, and proactively bring solutions. You'll identify expansion opportunities across prompt volume, capacity, brands, markets, and teams, building relationships up to VP and CMO level across enterprise buying groups and agency networks.
You'll also own the voice of the customer internally, bringing specific, evidence-backed feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing. As a self-directed builder, you'll turn one-off customer solutions into repeatable processes and templates the entire team leverages.
The role is based in Salt Lake City with 3–4 days in office per week, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–4 years in Customer Success, account management, or client services at a B2B SaaS company or agency
- Proven track record owning renewals and driving expansion against quota, ideally with enterprise accounts
- Strong written communication skills, from brief recaps to comprehensive account plans
- Comfort with data: ability to extract insights from dashboards and communicate them clearly
STRONG PLUS:
- Agency background, especially in SEO, content, or performance marketing
- Hands-on familiarity with SEO, AI Search, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console
- Early-stage startup experience building processes from scratch
