Rad AI is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join its growing team supporting a rapidly expanding customer base of radiology groups and hospital systems. The company has raised over $140M in funding (Series C: $68M) and is valued at $528M, with AI solutions used by thousands of radiologists daily across more than one-third of U.S. radiology groups and healthcare systems. In this high-visibility role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the post-implementation lifecycle, managing relationships with radiology partners and hospital systems. Key responsibilities include conducting regularly scheduled check-in meetings to assess product usage and gather customer feedback, holding Strategic Business Review meetings to secure renewals and identify growth opportunities, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences for new partners by engaging IT, executive leadership, and radiologists. You will represent the voice of the customer to Rad AI's Product and Machine Learning teams, helping customers maximize subscription value through tailored adoption and expansion strategies. The role requires proactive account monitoring to ensure fast response to queries, identification of continuous improvement opportunities, and active participation in building a world-class customer success organization. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of customer success experience in a healthcare environment, with strong relationship management, communication, and project management skills. You should have practical knowledge of SaaS solutions, implementations, and technical concepts, plus the ability to work in the Western time zone. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in high-growth startups, demonstrated success identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities, knowledge of healthcare and AI technology, consulting or healthcare software implementation background, and prior experience as a radiology technologist.
