The company has raised $50 million in funding from top-tier investors including SoftBank Vision Fund and DCM Ventures, and serves over 10 million creators and businesses globally. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the outcomes, relationships, renewals, and organic growth for a portfolio of approximately $2 million in ARR, including leading media, technology, and content organizations such as Diary of A CEO, The NFL, and Audacy. Key responsibilities include: **Customer Outcomes & Relationships:** Manage a portfolio of business and enterprise customers, leading onboarding and helping teams reach value quickly. Build trusted relationships with day-to-day users, champions, and executive stakeholders. Develop success plans, run proactive check-ins and business reviews, and provide strategic advisory on how customers can maximize OpusClip's value. Monitor product usage and engagement to identify risks early and create recovery plans. Represent the customer voice to product, sales, and technical teams. **Renewals & Organic Growth:** Own the renewal pipeline from planning through signature, maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasts. Lead renewal conversations and negotiate commercial terms. Identify and close natural expansions such as additional seats or usage. Collaborate with Account Executives on larger opportunities. Balance customer advocacy with sound commercial judgment. **Ownership & Operations:** Prioritize effectively across onboarding, strategic accounts, renewals, and at-risk customers. Diagnose problems independently and propose solutions. Create lightweight, repeatable processes without waiting for perfect systems. Collaborate closely with Sales on handoffs and account strategy. Partner with technical specialists on advanced workflows. Share patterns and learnings to improve customer experience. You will work on a small, fast-moving team in a hands-on generalist role, energized by ambiguity and taking ownership without waiting for direction. The role requires occasional travel for customer meetings.
