Exiger is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Canada to manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers across the Americas and North American region. This is a hands-on, technology-forward role for someone curious about how AI is transforming business operations and who can become deeply knowledgeable about both customers and the Exiger platform. Exiger transforms supply chains into a strategic advantage through its AI platform, 1Exiger, which delivers instant visibility into complex supplier ecosystems, leverages proprietary data and advanced AI to surface risk, automate compliance, and unlock efficiencies and cost savings. The company is trusted by 550+ global customers, including Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies, and is a recognized leader in supply chain AI and FedRAMP-authorized provider to the federal government. In this role, you will own the day-to-day and strategic customer relationships across a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will build multithreaded relationships across customer organizations, developing strong connections with users, champions, executive sponsors and other key stakeholders. You will develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, organizational structure, objectives, challenges and evolving priorities. Key responsibilities include: driving adoption and utilization of Exiger's technology by helping customers understand how the platform's intelligence, technology and AI capabilities support their specific use cases; becoming highly proficient in the Exiger platform and taking hands-on responsibility for standard administration, configuration, and training; helping customers identify opportunities to automate traditionally manual workflows and use Exiger technology to respond more effectively as risks and requirements change; protecting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities; and moving comfortably between detailed product and workflow conversations, strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, and the commercial realities of managing enterprise accounts. This is a newly created role. The company is committed to building technology that makes the world safer, more transparent, and more resilient, with values centered on being mission-inspired, imagination-driven, trust-anchored, and compassion-focused. REQUIREMENTS: The posting does not explicitly state specific years of experience, education, or technical certifications required for this role. However, the role description indicates the need for: deep product knowledge and platform proficiency; ability to manage complex, multithreaded enterprise relationships; comfort with both technical and strategic conversations; understanding of supply chain, risk management, or compliance domains; and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
