xAI is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to drive revenue growth with advertisers and agencies across Greater China and the wider APAC region. You will become a platform expert, simplifying X's advertising offerings and executing strong campaigns for priority clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and consult clients on X advertising products, best practices, and campaign design
- Execute, optimize, and analyze advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards
- Monitor revenue and pace client campaigns against targets
- Partner with Client Partners on retention, pitch support, and performance reporting
- Resolve campaign issues quickly and improve underlying processes
- Provide feedback to product and tools teams to help scale the ads platform
- Maintain high-quality client and agency relationships
- Mentor new team members as the organization grows
The role is based in Singapore and requires willingness to travel across APAC. You will work in a flat organizational structure with a small, highly motivated team focused on engineering excellence and direct contribution to the company's mission.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for daily work with Greater China clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- 3+ years managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or agencies
- Strong grasp of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and adjust campaign levers to move results
- Demonstrated ability to manage large client relationships, navigate conflict, and drive decisions
- Clear communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Preference for small, collaborative teams with limited supervision
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
