CarbonFarm is a climate-tech startup enabling a just transition to climate-smart agriculture by decarbonizing rice farming through satellite data and transparent carbon-based financial incentives for farmers. You will join the Go-To-Market team as a Customer Success Manager, working across B2B customer accounts and internal initiatives to ensure successful platform delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and long-term account growth.
You will partner closely with project developers, agri-food companies, and NGOs running sustainable rice programs, ensuring they maximize value from CarbonFarm's platform and services. Your responsibilities include leading project management for B2B software roll-outs in the region, delivering training sessions to customer teams, managing customer reviews and license renewals, and collecting feedback to shape product development. You will coordinate delivery across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product Support, owning day-to-day project plans and keeping stakeholders aligned.
As a strategic advisor, you'll help customers scale their impact and unlock new CarbonFarm products and services. You will serve as the day-to-day point of coordination for carbon project development workflows, including baseline planning, evidence collection, stakeholder coordination, and interactions with registries and Validation and Verification Bodies (VVBs). You'll collaborate with sales teams on expansion opportunities and upselling, track and report on key CSM metrics, and build long-term relationships with partners. Some travel to customer sites, events, and internal meetings is expected.
The role is relationship-driven, blending customer enablement with hands-on project delivery in carbon markets. You'll work independently and remotely within a fast-paced, international team of 15 people across 10 nationalities.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with carbon markets and carbon project development (required)
- 5–10 years' experience in customer success, account management, or project management in B2B software, SaaS, or technology consulting (preferred; flexibility for exceptional candidates)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Start-up/scale-up experience and demonstrated success with remote collaboration
