B-Stock Solutions, the world's largest B2B re-commerce platform, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own strategy and GMV performance for its scaled seller segment—a large portfolio of longtail and SMB sellers served through an efficient, one-to-many model.
In this role, you will define how B-Stock covers and grows this segment, forecast and deliver its GMV targets, and build the operating model and playbook as the company scales. You'll work in a hybrid capacity at the Boston office 2–3 days per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning GMV for the scaled seller portfolio: setting targets, forecasting quarterly, and delivering against the number
- Building the coverage strategy and operating model for the segment and defining how it scales as B-Stock moves down-market
- Segmenting the book and recommending where to invest for growth, retention, and reactivation
- Developing and directly advising sellers on listing, pricing, and recovery strategies (auction, Buy-It-Now, Make-an-Offer) that lift conversion and recovery across the portfolio
- Identifying and converting growth opportunities, including new inventory, category and geographic expansion, and partnering with Sales/BDR on hunter motions; handing off breakout accounts to dedicated Account Management
- Designing scalable engagement programs and automation that power the model, from outreach cadence to self-service
- Reporting portfolio health, forecast, and performance to leadership
- Partnering cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Product to shape the model and influence the roadmap
B-Stock is a B2B marketplace connecting sellers and buyers of returned, trade-in, and overstock inventory. The platform annually sells over 130 million items across all categories and conditions, equating to 400 million pounds of inventory. The company is backed by top investors including Spectrum Equity, True Ventures, and Susquehanna Growth Equity, and is led by eBay veterans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or a seller/revenue role, including direct ownership of a revenue or GMV target
- Track record building or scaling a coverage model, book strategy, or growth program
- Strong commercial and analytical skills—comfortable forecasting and working in Salesforce and a BI tool such as Tableau
- Consultative and strategic mindset; familiarity with a sales methodology such as SPICED is a plus
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and turn strategy into repeatable programs
PREFERRED:
- B2B marketplace, recommerce, or e-commerce experience
