Marble is building an operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform. The company addresses a critical crisis: 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide last year, driven largely by lack of access to quality, affordable care. Marble partners with school counselors to connect students to licensed therapists through existing insurance coverage, eliminating waitlists.

- Create new playbooks, metrics, and dashboards to keep schools healthy and prioritize team time efficiently
- Leverage AI to automate repetitive workflows so the team can focus on high-impact relationships
- Collaborate with Ops, Product, Growth, and Clinical teams to resolve issues, improve partner experience, and share frontline insights that shape product and service delivery
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product features and operational improvements
