As a Customer Success Executive on the Sell My Car team, you will guide car sellers through the Carwow auction process, ensuring smooth transactions and maximizing their chances of successful sales. You'll manage a lead pipeline of potential sellers, review car listings for accuracy and completeness, and provide expert guidance on market realities and pricing expectations. Your responsibilities include clearly explaining the auction process, handling negotiations and customer objections, communicating via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, and maintaining accurate interaction records for seamless handovers to other teams. You'll work within a target-focused environment, contributing to individual and team performance metrics around vehicles listed and pipeline conversion. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive overall growth.
The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Porto office. Operating hours are 9 am–7 pm, Wednesday to Sunday (40 hours per week). REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working in a target-focused environment and managing a pipeline independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Proactive, customer-focused approach with genuine desire to help sellers achieve their goals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for listing accuracy and efficient follow-up
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfort with multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat, SMS)
- Flexibility to work 9 am–7 pm, Wednesday to Sunday
- Availability for minimum 3 days per week in-office in Porto
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry is a plus
