OneImaging is transforming radiology access through a concierge model and vetted provider network across 48 states, reducing imaging costs by 60-80% while eliminating surprise bills. The company seeks a Customer Success Enablement Manager to scale the CS organization by building scalable playbooks, processes, and training programs. In this role, you will own the development of Customer Success and Implementation playbooks, SOPs, templates, and best practices that enable consistent, high-quality customer experiences from implementation through ongoing account management. You'll develop comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs for CS and Implementation teams, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Key responsibilities include creating customer and internal presentation materials (business review decks, training materials, executive updates), designing scalable processes for implementation, launch readiness, customer health monitoring, escalations, business reviews, renewals, and expansion. You'll maintain a centralized knowledge base, partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure effective communication of changes, and identify automation opportunities to improve team efficiency. You'll develop tools and resources that help teams identify risks and dependencies earlier, measure enablement program effectiveness, and continuously iterate based on team and customer feedback. This is a builder role focused on turning complex workflows into simple, repeatable processes that teams will actually use. Required: 3+ years in Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, Implementation, or Customer Operations; experience building scalable processes, playbooks, and training programs; strong project management and documentation skills; ability to simplify complex workflows; comfort in fast-growing environments; cross-functional collaboration experience. Healthcare, health plan, or health-tech experience is a plus, as is familiarity with Salesforce, Notion, or similar CS tools.
