Stuut is an AI-powered platform transforming how B2B companies manage their accounts receivable and cash conversion. The company's AI agent automates workflows across order management, credit, collections, payments, cash application, disputes, and deductions—helping customers reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by 47%, collect 40% more cash, and eliminate 70% of manual work without replacing their ERP systems. Stuut is trusted by finance teams at Fortune 10 enterprises and scaling mid-market businesses including Honeywell, Medtronic, and ZoomInfo, and is backed by leading investors including a16z, Khosla Ventures, and Microsoft.
As Customer Success Director, you will own a portfolio of accounts post-sale, serving as the primary relationship owner responsible for driving adoption, protecting retention, and identifying expansion opportunities. Your success will be measured by outcomes tied directly to customer AR metrics—DSO reduction, cash application accuracy, and dispute cycle time reduction—rather than feature adoption alone.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through steady-state and renewal for your assigned account portfolio
- Driving product adoption aligned with each customer's stated business outcomes
- Running quarterly business reviews (QBRs) focused on outcomes delivered, ROI, and expansion opportunities
- Owning renewal forecasting and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) for your book; identifying and escalating churn risk early with clear remediation plans
- Identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell) in partnership with the Sales team
- Escalating technical or implementation issues to the FDE/Support team while maintaining accountability for customer-side resolution
- Maintaining accurate, current account health data in Vitally
Success in this role means hitting GRR and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets (org target: NRR >110%), achieving onboarding velocity and time-to-value milestones, and maintaining clean, current account records with no surprises in forecast.
This is a growth-stage company actively building Customer Success processes as it scales, so comfort with ambiguity and ownership mentality are essential.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in fintech or finance-workflow software
- Proven track record owning renewal and expansion numbers, not just satisfaction metrics
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a growth-stage environment
- Financial/AR domain fluency is a plus but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable running executive-level QBRs
