Salary: USD 0 - 71,000 / annual

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers in a call center environment. Your responsibilities include handling inbound phone calls, chats, and emails; helping customers understand Figure's products and navigate the application process; troubleshooting platform issues; and conducting video notary sessions. You will identify trends and contribute ideas to improve customer support processes and product experience while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key responsibilities: - Champion the customer support experience as the first point of contact, managing inbound calls, chats, and emails - Help customers navigate applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency - Promote brand trust and loyalty through exceptional support across multiple channels - Identify trends and gather insights to improve customer support processes - Provide technical support and troubleshooting on platform issues - Conduct video notary sessions with attention to detail and professionalism - Participate in training and licensing programs to develop skills - Contribute to a collaborative team environment in the Customer Support Center Requirements: - 1+ years in a customer-facing role - BA/BS from an accredited university preferred - Dependable and reliable team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments - Adaptable and open to change as processes evolve - Clear, confident, and compassionate communication skills - Ability to become a licensed e-notary, including passing Figure and state-required background checks - Successfully complete required compliance training - Solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to outstanding customer experience - Ability to build trust and rapport with customers over phone and in writing - Process-driven organizational skills - Quick and flexible learning style with ability to navigate new technology platforms
