As Customer Strategy Lead, you will own the complete post-sales customer lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for General Counsel, legal ops leaders, and in-house legal teams. You will drive successful implementations, build executive relationships, and identify expansion opportunities as accounts mature.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading new customers from contract signature through live product deployment, mapping legal workflows, configuring the platform, and driving adoption across legal, business, and IT stakeholders
- Serving as primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, building trusted relationships with General Counsel, legal ops leads, and day-to-day users
- Planning and executing quarterly business reviews and executive alignment meetings that surface delivered value and set expansion roadmaps
- Owning the renewal process end-to-end, including timeline forecasting, stakeholder alignment, churn risk mitigation, and expansion opportunity identification
- Monitoring adoption and usage signals to proactively flag risk and run retention action plans
- Partnering cross-functionally with Forward-Deployed Engineers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and relay customer feedback that shapes product development
You will work five days per week from the Lower East Side office in Manhattan. The company culture emphasizes high ownership, collaboration, and attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role (implementation, customer success, account management, or consulting), ideally at a B2B SaaS company selling into enterprise or complex organizations
- Track record of owning the full post-sales lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion) with measurable outcomes
- Ability to map complex workflows and translate customer needs into product configuration and change management plans
- Strong executive presence and confidence running QBRs and business reviews with senior stakeholders including General Counsel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage a portfolio of accounts at different lifecycle stages simultaneously
- Genuine curiosity and excitement about AI and its transformation of legal and enterprise workflows
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or products used by in-house legal teams
- Early-stage startup experience, including building playbooks while executing them
- Background in management consulting or other structured, client-facing, analytical roles
