As a Customer Strategist, you will own the relationship and results for a portfolio of customers from implementation through renewal and expansion. You'll partner with business leaders and operators to understand their priorities, dig into their data and workflows, and identify opportunities to improve forecasting, staffing management, scheduling, and AI adoption. Your work will combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving to deliver measurable improvements in customer operations.
Key responsibilities include: owning customer relationships and driving measurable results; analyzing customer operations, product usage, and performance data to uncover challenges and opportunities; working across customer teams and Assembled's Product, Solutions, and Sales functions to align priorities and execute complex initiatives; helping customers rethink workflows and adopt new capabilities through hands-on support, trainings, and business reviews; and bringing customer insights into product decisions and expansion strategy.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and company leadership, participating in business reviews, working sessions, and customer trainings. Your impact extends beyond individual accounts—you'll help shape Assembled's post-sales experience, expansion strategy, and how the company scales as AI transforms customer support.
