CarOnSale is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead the implementation of AlphaController, a process management software for professional used-car dealerships in Germany. The role is 100% remote, with residency in Germany required.
You will manage the end-to-end onboarding of new customers, from initial kick-off through go-live. Key responsibilities include configuring the AlphaController software to match each dealership's specific workflows, conducting workshops and training sessions for customer teams, coordinating timelines and communication between clients and Alpha Online, documenting onboarding phases, and escalating requirements and bugs to the development team via Jira.
You'll begin with an intensive onboarding period working directly with leadership to learn the product, customer base, and market. After this phase, you and the company will jointly decide whether your focus will be customer onboarding or broader customer success.
Required qualifications include native or fluent German (C2 level), genuine interest in complex software products and willingness to learn deeply, comfort with direct customer interaction (phone, video, in-person visits to dealerships), structured and analytical work style managing multiple parallel projects, and everyday IT proficiency with web applications, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
