Eucalyptus (now part of Hims & Hers) is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Manager to lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle and retention programs for Hims & Hers Canada. The company operates Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. Eucalyptus serves patients across five markets including Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, and Japan, and has received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
In this role, you will develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and retain patients across all direct channels (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging). You will use data and insights to personalize communications for specific patient cohorts and journey stages, leveraging content to create high-quality messaging related to nutrition, weight loss, and health. You'll think creatively to develop innovative campaigns such as automated onboarding flows, retention touchpoints, and reactivation strategies.
Key responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure lifecycle initiatives align with business goals and patient needs. You will continuously test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, track and report on key engagement and retention metrics, and use these insights to inform future strategies. This is a patient-first role focused on fostering meaningful relationships that extend beyond the time patients spend on medication.
