Halter is a venture-backed agtech company transforming sustainable grazing practices through innovative technology. The company enables farmers and graziers to manage large herds with minimal infrastructure—allowing cattle to move autonomously without quad bikes, dogs, or traditional fencing.
As an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist, you will lead the deployment of Halter across the company's largest and most complex customers: multi-ranch operations managing thousands of cattle across multiple sites, locations, and management teams. These are high-stakes, multi-stakeholder deployments requiring executive alignment, change management expertise, and field-level problem-solving.
You will own the complete onboarding lifecycle: building deployment plans across sites, managing relationships with ownership and executive teams, training ranch managers and crew, embedding Halter into daily operations, and setting up the foundation for expansion across entire operations. Success depends equally on relationship management and technical execution.
Key responsibilities include building and running multi-site rollout plans with complex timelines, managing senior stakeholder relationships from owners to crew, leading enterprise-wide training programs, working directly in the field alongside customers, navigating change management challenges, coordinating with Sales, Support, and Product teams, solving problems as they surface, and identifying patterns to optimize deployment playbooks.
This is a senior, hands-on, ownership-driven role. While some work is remote, significant time on ranch is required, and travel is a core part of the position. You'll be the trusted single point of contact through onboarding, responsible for keeping all stakeholders aligned and ensuring successful adoption across multi-site operations.
