Salary: USD 85,000 - 126,000 / annual

You will join as a Customer Engagement Specialist reporting into Product, serving as a critical bridge between customers and the product team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a world-class support function from the early days, playing a key role in developing strong customer relationships and advocating for user needs to drive continuous platform improvement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Answering support tickets and providing guidance to users encountering difficulties
- Serving as the first touchpoint for users with product issues and a reliable resource for resolution
- Learning the intricacies of the enterprise procurement product and becoming a Levelpath expert for the customer base
- Generating product documentation and best-practice guides to ensure customer success
- Reporting bugs and feature gaps to Product and Engineering teams
- Interacting directly with Product and Engineering to identify areas for improvement
- Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding customer friction points and supporting account health
- Partnering with the executive team to build, optimize, and scale support processes, assets, and systems (Zendesk & Salesforce)
- Managing multiple workstreams and collaborating across functions with a self-starter mindset
The role currently starts remotely but is intended to transition to in-office when Levelpath establishes its Chicago office. REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in a direct customer-facing or customer management role
- B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Stellar organizational skills and experience improving processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across product and engineering
- Effective collaboration and self-starter mindset
- Empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency when supporting customers
- Availability for some travel to visit customers
