Planet designs, builds, and operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites in history, delivering empirical data via a cloud-based platform to commercial, environmental, and humanitarian sectors. This role reports to the Sr. Partner & Customer Marketing Manager and serves as the lead content strategist and storyteller for customer and partner success narratives. You will own the end-to-end management of multimedia content creation, including video production and written case studies featuring Planet's global ecosystem of customers and partners. Key responsibilities include: - Act as lead content strategist for customer and partner success stories, defining how to capture and tell joint value stories across different verticals - Scope, script, storyboard, and project manage customer and partner video testimonial projects from concept to final cut, working with internal creative teams or external production agencies - Write and produce high-impact written case studies, blog posts, social proof snippets, and presentation slides - Organize and manage the customer and partner reference database - Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to identify, nominate, and pipeline new customer and partner advocates - Project manage the end-to-end review and approval process for all joint assets - Collaborate with Growth and Regional marketing teams to integrate customer and partner stories into demand generation and regional awareness campaigns - Document, track, and communicate metrics of success, content performance, and program insights for continuous improvement You bring 4+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Content Marketing, or Brand/Video Production Management. You have proven experience managing video production workflows (scripting, interviewing, directing) alongside written and webinar content creation. Exceptional organizational skills allow you to juggle multiple content workstreams, manage external vendors, and drive deliverables with internal and external stakeholders. You excel at translating complex technical use cases into human-centric, value-driven stories and building trust with high-profile global customers and partners. Bachelor's degree required. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the San Francisco office.
