As Culture and Capabilities Manager, you'll report to the Program Lead of Org Effectiveness and own the day-to-day execution of culture and learning initiatives as the company scales. Your core responsibilities include:
**Learning Program Delivery & Operations:** Build and maintain the systems, templates, trackers, and operating rhythms that enable the company's management, leadership, and upskilling programs to run at scale. You'll own learning delivery end-to-end—planning, scheduling, logistics, communications—working closely with facilitators and Employee Experience partners to ensure every session lands effectively.
**Learning Experience Platform (LMS) Management:** Product-manage the company's learning platform, owning enrollment, content management, learner communications, and reporting to ensure the platform supports the company's learning strategy.
**Learning Content & Facilitation:** Shape the approach and build materials that make learning stick—pre- and post-session work, facilitation decks, tip sheets, workbooks. You'll also facilitate sessions yourself, bringing learning experiences to life.
**Culture Scaling:** Build programming and experiences that make the company's culture visible and felt as the organization grows, weaving culture into processes and rhythms company-wide.
The Farmer's Dog operates with a "One Team" philosophy, orienting around customer problems rather than departments. The company values skepticism, customer-centricity, execution for impact, and working without assumption. You'll need to learn the intricacies of the product and business, own reliable rhythms and feedback loops, and partner cross-functionally to deliver experiences that scale with the mission.
This is a hands-on role that bridges strategy and execution, requiring strong project management, communication, facilitation, and organizational design skills.
