As a CS Learning & Development Specialist, you will own the day-to-day delivery of onboarding, nesting (guided performance labs), and ongoing enablement for Quince's global Customer Care organization. You will partner closely with the Sr. Learning & Development Manager, Customer Care Operations, QA, Knowledge Management, and Learning Experience Design teams to accelerate agent time-to-proficiency and improve customer experience outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead end-to-end new hire onboarding experiences that build confidence and accelerate ramp from day one
• Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions using adult learning best practices: storytelling, scenario-based learning, simulations, and practice-based assessments
• Deliver hands-on nesting experiences as guided performance labs, leveraging scenario-based practice and AI-enabled tools to increase feedback speed and learner throughput
• Manage the LMS and scalable digital learning workflows to support high-velocity onboarding, including running concurrent cohorts and maintaining consistency
• Conduct performance diagnostics and targeted reinforcement to support agent readiness and business performance
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management and QA to ensure training content reflects current processes and quality standards
• Monitor training effectiveness metrics and iterate on delivery methods to optimize outcomes
