Innovaccer is seeking a CRS Manager to lead a team of Claims Resolution Specialists supporting healthcare client accounts. This role combines hands-on claims resolution work with team management and operational oversight. In this position, you will supervise and support a CRS team, ensuring they meet productivity standards while maintaining quality and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include distributing and monitoring worklists, conducting productivity reviews, performing claim audits to identify training needs, and managing ADP tasks such as attendance tracking and PTO approvals. You'll play a critical analytical role, reviewing accounts receivable (AR) reports to identify root causes of outstanding claims and denial trends, then recommending solutions to leadership. You'll leverage Excel to track trends and build client-ready reporting, and use Activity Wizard to analyze worklists and identify workflow gaps. A dedicated training session will support your development in worklist and report analysis. Client communication is essential—this client regularly reaches out directly to CRS Managers. You'll represent the team professionally during client interactions and internal calls, escalating complex requests to the Account Manager as needed. Operationally, you'll lead or participate in project management using tools like Wrike and shared trackers, manage internal tools to monitor progress and client expectations, and ensure action items are tracked. Monthly responsibilities include creating and leading regional call agendas, optimizing month-end performance, preparing monthly reports, and developing weekly operations meeting agendas. You'll also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training new team members, holding staff accountable to performance standards, and implementing Performance Improvement Plans where needed. Required qualifications: 5+ years in claims resolution or medical billing; minimum 5 years documented experience on Athena billing platform (Cerner and NextGen a plus); solid understanding of follow-up processes and AR/Revenue Cycle policies; HIPAA compliance experience; excellent communication and systems skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bachelor's degree or medical billing certificate preferred.
