Eucalyptus (now part of Hims & Hers) is building Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. The company operates across five markets (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Canada) and has received selective NICE endorsement for NHS services.
You will own conversion optimization across Juniper's digital funnel, from landing page through quiz, health assessment, and order. This is a senior individual contributor role within the Product Growth team, combining data analysis, experimentation, and deep customer behavior understanding to simplify and improve the patient journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end conversion performance and identifying the biggest conversion leaks and opportunities
- Building and running an experimentation roadmap, translating customer behavior and funnel data into hypotheses and prioritizing based on expected impact
- Diagnosing where customers drop out, quantifying opportunities, and working with Analytics to ensure robust tracking and attribution
- Designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis through analysis and decision-making
- Articulating experiment results clearly and determining what to ship, iterate, or stop
- Combining quantitative data with customer insight to understand intent, friction, trust, and abandonment drivers
- Leading conversion-focused creative execution in partnership with Copy and Design teams
- Collaborating with Engineering and Product to move opportunities from diagnosis through implementation
- Connecting acquisition and conversion strategies to ensure customer experience aligns with acquisition messaging
- Building new conversion journeys as Juniper expands its product ecosystem
- Establishing strong CRO practices around prioritization, experiment design, measurement, and learning
You'll work closely with Design, Copy, Engineering, Analytics, and Growth teams. As Juniper expands into new products and patient needs, you'll help build and optimize new conversion journeys supporting that growth.
The role matters because conversion is one of Juniper's biggest growth opportunities. The patient journey is fundamentally different from simple e-commerce—people are making personal healthcare decisions after significant consideration. Building trust, communicating clearly, and removing friction are critical. You'll have meaningful ownership with data to understand the problem, creative and technical partners to execute, and the opportunity to directly influence Juniper's growth.
Eucalyptus is part of a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men's health, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. The company aims to support 1 million patients globally within three years, launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in CRO, experimentation, digital optimization, product growth, or similarly quantitative digital roles
- Track record of owning and improving digital conversion funnels with clear examples of measurable commercial impact
- Strong hands-on experience designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong analytical instincts to interrogate funnel performance, identify drop-offs, size opportunities, and translate data into hypotheses
- Experience working with Analytics or Data teams to build robust measurement and attribution frameworks
- Strong customer judgment and understanding of how UX, messaging, friction, and behavioral psychology influence conversion
- Experience working closely with Design, Copy, Engineering, and Product to turn hypotheses into shipped experiences
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect individual funnel metrics to broader business outcomes
- Experience in healthcare, subscription businesses, or considered-purchase journeys is useful but not essential
