Ledger is a global platform for digital assets and Web3, securing over 20% of the world's crypto assets through its Ledger devices. With approximately 600 professionals across offices in Paris, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich, and Singapore, Ledger develops products and services enabling individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow, and manage crypto assets.
The CRM team keeps Ledger's customers engaged across every stage of their journey—from hardware upgrades to new wallet launches. As CRM Lifecycle Specialist, you will own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and programs, working within the CRM team and collaborating with stakeholders across product marketing, legal, and localization. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves organizing detail and leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, analyze, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Initiate and own cross-team collaboration for content creation, design, development, localization, tracking, and delivery of campaigns
- Identify and implement solutions for automating, optimizing, and improving internal processes through routine analysis and actionable recommendations
- Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build and deliver a high volume of campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of CRM or marketing automation experience
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Braze, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Experience or understanding of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Gemini
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Nice to Have:
- Demonstrable experience or interest in the crypto industry and/or FinTech
- Knowledge of SQL, Liquid Scripting, or prior coding experience
