Onelot is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to support data-driven lending decisions for used car dealers across the Philippines. In this role, you will assess the creditworthiness of dealer applicants, conduct thorough due diligence, and provide clear credit recommendations that balance portfolio growth with disciplined risk management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analyzing business and financial information from used car dealer loan applicants
- Conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence checks in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Researching dealer backgrounds, business models, and credit histories to identify and fill information gaps
- Evaluating financial statements and translating analysis into tailored credit recommendations
- Providing clear, data-backed credit assessments and decisions based on individual dealer risk profiles
- Collaborating with internal credit and operations teams to ensure evaluations are complete, accurate, and timely
- Monitoring portfolio performance and surfacing insights to inform future credit strategy and policy refinement
You should have 1–2 years of experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, or a closely related field. Familiarity with KYC procedures, credit investigation, due diligence processes, and financial statement analysis is essential. You are naturally analytical and detail-oriented, with strong investigative instincts and the ability to spot red flags early. You communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations. A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
