Revolut is seeking a Credit Product Manager to lead the development and launch of unsecured credit products for SME customers across Europe and the UK. This is a senior product role within Revolut's credit department, which designs, develops, and launches credit products globally, managing the full lifecycle from back-end and front-end development through data science infrastructure to local country setups with scalable risk and portfolio management.
In this role, you will own the product vision for business lending, setting strategic direction aligned with Revolut's broader goals. You'll be responsible for building world-class unsecured business lending products with high UX engagement, defining and prioritizing short, mid, and long-term product goals, and creating market-leading distribution and sales strategies to drive conversion and lower customer acquisition costs. You'll also establish third-party partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and work cross-functionally with Technical Product Owners and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include: setting the vision for business lending products; producing high-quality business requirements that challenge market status quo; building products while maintaining excellent customer experience across the full business customer lifecycle; defining and communicating product goals; creating distribution strategies with strong conversion funnels; establishing reliable partnerships; and ensuring zero tolerance for compliance breaches.
You'll need deep knowledge of EU/UK unsecured SME lending markets (segments, competitors, acquisition channels), hands-on experience building SME lending products in Europe/UK, solid product design expertise with strong UX principles, broad knowledge of risk management, user research experience, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. You should be analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable with ownership, and passionate about building new processes and challenging the status quo. Leadership capability and the ability to build cross-functional partnerships are essential.
