Revolut is a fintech super app serving 65+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Credit team builds and scales lending features that power growth across regions, managing the full product lifecycle from backend systems to customer-facing experiences.
As Credit Manager (Product), you will be the central leader for all credit product initiatives. You'll drive growth and engagement across the credit funnel, improve conversion rates, reduce customer acquisition costs, and maintain product quality and customer satisfaction in the retail credit segment. Your responsibilities include:
• Setting the vision for new credit products and features aligned with company goals
• Building credit products with world-class customer experiences
• Defining, prioritizing, and communicating short-, mid-, and long-term product roadmaps
• Driving high engagement in UX design to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Optimizing conversion funnels and reducing cost of acquisition
• Ensuring customer satisfaction within retail credit
• Establishing partnerships with third-party providers
• Maintaining zero tolerance for compliance issues and regulatory breaches
• Leading cross-functional teams and building partnerships across functions
You'll combine market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision to deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to regional needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Technical degree from a top university
• Solid design experience building retail credit products and/or features
• Deep understanding of the full credit lifecycle and its impact on customer experience
• Knowledge of UI/UX and customer behavior
• Experience analyzing data and real-world customer experiences
• Understanding of risk management principles
• Programming and data analysis skills
• Experience in user research and ability to prioritize features based on customer needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with track record of data-driven decision-making
• Ability to lead teams, take ownership, and build cross-functional partnerships
• Passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo
