CRED is seeking a Credit Card Bill Payments Growth Manager to own and scale the credit card bill payment (CCBP) business. This is a high-impact product and growth role where you'll drive acquisition, resurrection, and multi-card adoption of members using the platform's bill-pay features.
You will own key performance levers across the entire bill-pay funnel—from discovery and reminders through payment processing, retries, and failure handling. Your responsibilities include:
• Tracking and reporting on core metrics (acquisition, resurrection, multi-card adoption) on a daily/weekly/monthly cadence, with monthly planning and early deviation flagging.
• Diagnosing performance drop-offs and course-correcting through independent problem-solving and escalation judgment.
• Building preventive and reactive interventions to lift conversion across the funnel, reducing friction and building payment confidence.
• Translating category strategy into concrete campaigns, experiments, and measurable milestones you can ship and measure.
• Owning merchandising for CCBP on and off the app—home page assets, cross-sell placements, communication plans.
• Designing and running campaigns (offers, cashback, reward mechanics) optimized for ROI rather than just reach, with a focus on low-cost engagement over short-term yield maximization.
• Running a constant experimentation cadence (A/B and multivariate testing) to find growth inflection points and productize winning approaches into the core journey.
• Partnering with product and data science teams to build personalization models (due-date prediction, smart nudges, next-best-card-to-pay) that increase throughput.
• Bringing clear, data-backed narratives to cross-functional discussions with Marketing, Rewards, Product, and Risk teams to align on priorities and unblock execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4–7 years of experience in user growth or category management roles, with prior ownership of high-frequency consumer transaction/payment categories; OR 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, growth strategy, corporate strategy, or fintech strategy roles.
• Data-driven mindset—comfortable analyzing data to form hypotheses, identify opportunities, and measure experiment success.
• Track record of driving growth initiatives end-to-end (ideation → execution → measurable impact) at a consumer-first company.
• High ownership and bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous, agile environment.
• Strong program and project management skills—able to run multiple cross-functional initiatives (product, marketing, risk, ops) simultaneously with attention to detail.
