As a Credentialing / Enrollment Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in scaling Nourish's provider network and ensuring compliance across the healthcare ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of operations, healthcare compliance, and business development, managing the complex credentialing and enrollment processes required to onboard and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, health plans, and institutional partners.
Key responsibilities include: managing end-to-end credentialing workflows for Registered Dietitians and physicians; coordinating enrollment with health plans and insurance networks; ensuring regulatory compliance across all 50 states; troubleshooting credentialing bottlenecks and developing process improvements; maintaining detailed records and documentation; communicating with providers, health plans, and internal teams; and supporting the scaling of Nourish's provider network as the company expands.
