Salary: USD 70,000 - 100,000 / annual

Passes is a platform empowering creators and fostering meaningful connections with their audiences. We are seeking a Creator Success Manager to ensure creator success and satisfaction, manage onboarding, and drive expansion and retention efforts. Key Responsibilities: Creator Training and Retention: Provide training and resources to help creators maximize content impact and monetization potential. Serve as the creator's internal advocate, collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure new creators have necessary tools and resources. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key creators, understanding their needs and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor providing guidance and creative strategy to help creators achieve goals and maximize revenue. Gather feedback from creators to inform product development and improve the creator experience. Revenue Growth: Drive adoption of the full suite of monetization tools, including subscription models, merch, and AI tech. Develop revenue strategies to increase subscriber counts, platform sales, and creator earnings. Identify, pitch, and negotiate new business opportunities and product solutions tailored to creator portfolios. Market Research and Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to hit targets. Requirements: - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing leadership role - Currently using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) as part of your workflow and enthusiastic about applying them to drive outcomes for creators - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from data - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with track record of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Strategic thinker with demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies - Comfortable in fast-moving, tech-forward environment; adapt quickly and figure things out - Genuine passion for the creator economy and helping people build sustainable businesses - Nice to have: proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau or SQL
