Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 / annual
DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
In this Creative Strategy Lead role, you will own the creative strategy across paid and organic channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms. You'll develop sharp creative briefs and hooks informed by customer insights, then collaborate with designers and editors to execute at speed. You'll establish a test-and-learn loop—launching creative variants, analyzing performance data, and scaling what works while killing what doesn't.
You'll help build DualEntry's in-house content studio, producing series, short-form video, and thought leadership content on CFO and accounting topics. You'll leverage AI tools to compress production timelines from weeks to days without compromising creative quality. Close collaboration with Growth, Product Marketing, and the founding team ensures creative work directly impacts pipeline and revenue.
The role is based at DualEntry's New York HQ (7 World Trade Center) in a high-speed, high-trust environment with significant early-stage equity upside.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or content marketing
- Ideally background in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Strong writing skills and a clear point of view on what makes effective advertising
- Comfort with data and metrics; ability to treat analytics as creative feedback
- Ability to work independently without established playbooks
- Bonus: ability to make finance and accounting topics compelling and interesting
