Plaid is seeking a Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production of creative work across marketing and brand campaigns. The role spans paid ad content, growth marketing assets, event activations, and partner/customer marketing deliverables. You will be the operational backbone ensuring creative projects move smoothly from intake through delivery, working closely with marketing, brand, and design teams.
Key responsibilities include managing production for paid marketing campaigns and coordinating asset creation, timelines, and approvals across stakeholders. You'll support partner and customer marketing projects, producing deliverables that meet brand standards and external requirements. The role owns creative production logistics for events, including signage, activations, and sponsorship assets. You'll manage the creative request intake process, ensuring clear briefs and appropriate routing. Polish reviews on outgoing creative are your responsibility to catch quality and brand issues before shipping. You'll build and maintain production timelines across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating vendors and freelancers while flagging risks early. Clear communication of status, blockers, and changes to creative and marketing stakeholders is essential.
This is an execution-focused role where you take defined project plans and briefs and run them with rigor, using sound judgment on day-to-day production decisions while escalating ambiguous or higher-stakes calls to your manager and stakeholders. You thrive on variety—one week managing a paid digital campaign, the next coordinating creative for an on-site event activation.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage several concurrent projects with different stakeholders and timelines
- Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate across creative, marketing, and external vendors without dropping details
- Working familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Linear, Monday.com, Asana, or similar) and comfort ramping into new ones
- Comfortable executing against plans and priorities while exercising independent judgment on day-to-day production decisions
- Growth mindset: curious about new formats and channels, willing to adapt as work evolves
