As a Creative Producer, you will shape and elevate scripts into structurally tight episodic narratives. Your responsibilities include designing strong hooks and decisive cliffhangers, building sustained dramatic escalation without emotional drop, and crafting satisfying payoffs across larger story arcs. You will create and identify visually impactful, thumb-stopping moments at the script stage and deliver consistently in a fast-paced, high-output environment. You will work with engagement data (retention, drop-offs) to evaluate and refine your work, understanding that micro-drama impact is about narrative power, not length.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4–8 years of experience in writing or scripted content development
• Strong structural storytelling ability
• Mastery of episodic pacing and dramatic construction
• Instinct for emotional conflict and status reversals
• Comfort evaluating work using engagement data (retention, drop-offs)
• Clear ownership mindset
