As Senior Motion Designer, you'll own creative outcomes across LucidLink's marketing initiatives, from brief through delivery. You'll research customer needs and translate insights into compelling video content and motion design that resonates with different personas and channels. Working closely with Product and Marketing teams, you'll create solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in a complex, data-intensive product space.
Key responsibilities include: designing and delivering marketing video content; conducting research to inform creative decisions; partnering cross-functionally in iterative environments; using data and design judgment to improve outcomes; contributing to motion design systems and brand consistency; and communicating design rationale through storytelling and evidence.
You'll need proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern motion design tools (Lottie, Rive). Strong experience with SaaS or B2B products is preferred, as is experience designing for technically complex products and AI-enabled workflows. You should be data-informed, comfortable with qualitative and quantitative signals, and hold high craft standards in graphic design, motion, and animation principles. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
