Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 / annual
DualEntry is an AI-native ERP platform automating accounting workflows for finance teams. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla, Google Ventures) and serves customers from $5M ARR to public companies.
As Creative Lead, you'll define how DualEntry presents itself to CFOs, operators, and finance teams. You'll own the creative direction across all touchpoints: the website (landing pages, feature pages, campaign moments), events (CFO dinners, conference booths, activations), and brand systems (decks, social frameworks, email templates, print).
Key responsibilities include:
- Shaping brand perception and ensuring every asset reflects intentional design and craft
- Leading dualentry.com as a living expression of the brand with obsessive attention to hierarchy and conversion
- Designing physical and digital event experiences that feel strategically aligned
- Building scalable creative systems and infrastructure that compound quality over time
- Partnering with PMM, Marketing, and Sales as a creative strategist—receiving briefs, challenging positioning, and translating strategy into visual storytelling
You'll need 4+ years of design experience in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, a top-tier agency, or both. Your portfolio should demonstrate multidisciplinary range across brand identity, web, print, and environmental design. You've built and evolved brand systems (not just executed within them), have a strong point of view on B2B brand excellence, and operate fluently at both strategic and executional levels. Figma and Adobe Creative Suite fluency required; Webflow is a plus. High agency and conviction are essential—you don't wait to be told what to do next.
Compensation: $160K–$190K base + $50K–$60K equity. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), unlimited PTO (27 days), relocation support, visa sponsorship, and learning/development budget.
