Gradial is an AI-native marketing operations platform that helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster by orchestrating across martech stacks, workflows, and people. As Creative Director, you'll own and shape Gradial's visual and brand identity across all brand surfaces—website, product marketing, motion, social, decks, and beyond. This is a high-impact, non-maintenance role where you'll translate complex concepts like AI agents, automation, and orchestration into design that feels clear, confident, and human. You'll work closely with Product and Go-To-Market teams to ensure external brand messaging reflects internal product reality. Key responsibilities include: - Shape and evolve Gradial's visual identity across all brand touchpoints - Translate technical ideas into brand-aligned, intuitive design - Partner with Product and GTM to align brand, messaging, and product - Raise the bar on design quality, polish, clarity, and boldness company-wide - Build and maintain scalable visual systems, not just one-off assets - Move quickly while maintaining high standards, knowing when to refine and when to ship You'll need strong design instincts, demonstrated experience building modern intentional brands or products, and a systems-oriented mindset focused on consistency and scalability. Experience designing across multiple surfaces (web, marketing, motion, presentation, social) is essential. You should be comfortable starting from a blank page, navigating ambiguity, and operating independently without large teams or rigid processes. What matters most: taste (sharp eye for what looks and feels right), clarity (turning complex ideas into intuitive design), and momentum (moving fast while shipping thoughtfully). The role offers meaningful ownership over how Gradial looks, feels, and shows up in the world.
