Hisense USA, a fast-growing consumer electronics and home appliance brand, is seeking a CPFR Manager to own the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) strategy for the Walmart account. Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, you will serve as the dedicated on-the-ground supply chain partner, collaborating directly with Walmart's replenishment, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure Hisense television, Laser TV, and audio products are accurately forecasted, in stock, and visible across thousands of stores and Walmart.com.
You will lead demand forecasting and replenishment strategy, manage in-stock recovery, plan promotions and modular resets, and oversee new product launches. Key responsibilities include analyzing POS, inventory, and market data through Walmart systems (Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One) to minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory; developing and maintaining CPFR models using ERP and demand planning tools; monitoring KPIs such as in-stock rates, fill rates, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and OTIF; and identifying root causes of performance gaps with corrective actions.
You will plan inventory positioning for new product introductions, seasonal builds (including holiday), promotional events, and rollbacks to ensure launch-day and feature displays are never empty. Building trusted, face-to-face relationships with Walmart Home Office stakeholders is central to the role—you will represent Hisense in joint business planning and serve as the first point of contact for supply chain issues. You will also provide insights and recommendations to Hisense senior leadership on Walmart inventory strategy, risks, and opportunities in partnership with Sales, Retail Operations, and Channel Marketing.
Required qualifications include 6–8 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or replenishment, with direct Walmart supplier experience strongly preferred. You must have proven expertise in CPFR methodologies and demand forecasting in high-velocity consumer electronics categories (TV and audio). Hands-on proficiency with Walmart supplier systems and data tools (Excel, SQL, SAP, Oracle) is essential. Strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics, vendor management, promotional forecasting, and e-commerce replenishment is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills are critical. A bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent practical experience is welcomed. Relocation to or current residence in the Bentonville/Northwest Arkansas area is required; occasional travel to the Hisense USA office in Alpharetta, GA is expected.
