We are hiring an Account Executive / Country Manager to lead sales growth in South Korea. You will be responsible for selling our data and SaaS platform to enterprise and upper mid-market organizations, while helping build and refine our sales playbook and processes in this region. This is a high-autonomy role suited for someone who thrives in startup environments with ambiguity and change, while also contributing to scaling the sales organization over time. You will manage the full sales cycle from inbound leads through close, execute proactive outbound campaigns to targeted accounts, and partner with channel resellers to identify and close new or expansion business. You'll develop expertise in Censys products and sell to organizations with 500+ employees, engaging stakeholders from practitioners to C-level executives. You'll close large, complex deals involving multiple executive stakeholders, maintain a substantial qualified pipeline, and consistently exceed quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals. The role requires a consultative approach focused on solving customer problems first, with demonstrated ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, manage disciplined sales processes, and maintain forecast accuracy. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while building relationships across channel partners, distribution networks, and direct customers. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, data, or technology sales - Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding new business and expansion revenue targets - Experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market organizations (500+ employees) - Proven success navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles including technical buyers, security practitioners, procurement, legal, and executive decision-makers - Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills with ability to independently create and progress opportunities - Experience managing disciplined sales processes, maintaining forecast accuracy, and operating effectively in CRM environments - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated and highly accountable, able to thrive in remote, fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments - Located in Seoul, South Korea BONUS: - Experience selling cybersecurity, threat intelligence, attack surface management, security operations, or security data solutions - Experience working with channel partners, resellers, distributors, and alliance ecosystems - Familiarity with modern security programs (exposure management, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, security operations, incident response) - Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and public sector customers - Previous success in high-growth startup or scale-up environments - Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, research, account planning, and customer engagement
