Blockchain.com, a leading global cryptocurrency platform with 90+ million wallet holders and $1 trillion in transaction volume, is seeking a Country Manager to lead growth in Singapore. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role owning the full Singapore growth agenda with particular focus on the wealth and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) segment.
You will develop and execute Singapore's growth strategy, identifying and scaling the most effective acquisition channels including content, key opinion leaders (KOLs), partnerships, product-led growth, referrals, communities, and events. You'll build and nurture trusted relationships with HNWIs and sophisticated crypto investors, serving as their internal champion and translating their feedback into product and commercial opportunities.
Key responsibilities include: owning local growth targets and optimizing initiatives based on measurable outcomes; developing HNWI-specific acquisition and conversion strategies; building Singapore's brand presence through events, activations, and community engagement; personally driving on-the-ground execution where needed; and localizing global campaigns to resonate with the Singapore market.
You will work closely with central growth, product, marketing, and commercial teams, surfacing local market intelligence and competitive developments. This role requires deep crypto industry knowledge, demonstrated success building relationships with high-value clients, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Required: strong experience at a leading crypto or digital asset company in growth, country management, commercial, wealth, or senior client-facing roles. Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential given the profile of target clients and partners. You should be crypto-native, understand the local digital asset ecosystem, and have proven ability to drive measurable commercial outcomes in a fast-moving market.
