Dandy is hiring a Country Lead to spearhead market expansion into Canada. This is a high-impact builder role where you'll own the end-to-end launch and growth of the Canadian market, translating Dandy's go-to-market strategy into localized execution.
You will drive market entry strategy, define the operating model for Canada, and serve as the single source of truth for all Canadian market decisions. This includes coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure a cohesive launch in October and sustained growth thereafter.
Key responsibilities include: owning market health and growth metrics; defining the market entry framework and building a self-sustaining business model; identifying opportunities and gaps through continuous market intelligence; serving as Dandy's internal authority on Canadian market dynamics, regulatory nuances, and commercial strategy; gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market decisions; partnering with Sales to maintain sales momentum post-launch; and managing ongoing operational success as the market scales.
You'll need experience launching, managing, or growing a market, region, or business line with general-manager or country-lead scope. Strong operators who can interpret strategy pragmatically, navigate ambiguity, and coordinate across functions are ideal. Data fluency, deep customer empathy, and the ability to translate frontline feedback into action are essential. Familiarity with the Canadian market, its commercial and regulatory environment, and bilingual capability (English/French) are strongly preferred.
Background in dental, healthcare, medtech, or B2B marketplaces is a plus. Understanding of Canadian billing, compliance, lab-credit nuances, and experience standing up operations in new geographies are valuable. You'll report into the Go-to-Market organization and influence senior leadership on market strategy and scaling decisions.
