Podium is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to build and scale talent acquisition for Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and G&A departments in Guatemala. You will own full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing through offer—across multiple business functions, developing and executing recruiting strategies that drive hiring success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities include: managing end-to-end hiring pipelines for diverse business organizations; developing and executing recruiting strategies tailored to each department; mapping talent and identifying high-performing companies in the US market; sourcing, screening, and identifying top candidates; tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics and trends; and recommending scalable improvements to recruiting processes.

You should have 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally with tech companies selling into the US market. Required skills include fluent conversational and written English, excellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing abilities, ownership mentality, strong work ethic, and high sense of urgency.
