As Corporate Operations Lead, you will own and resolve high-impact operating constraints that limit company scale. Your mission is to take prioritized problems from discovery through measurable outcome, establish durable ownership with the right long-term owner, then move to the next priority. You are a builder-operator, not a coordinator—you parachute into unfamiliar domains (HR, Finance, Engineering capacity, regional operating models, broker-dealer bottlenecks) to diagnose what's actually limiting scale, create solutions, and stay accountable until outcomes change.
Key responsibilities include: owning prioritized constraints end-to-end across any domain; working in unfamiliar areas where domain expertise is less important than systems thinking; executing a sense-design-build-drive cycle to measure, redesign, create, and drive adoption; partnering across the company to mobilize resources without absorbing functional responsibilities; creating non-linear leverage through workflow redesign, automation, org design, or hiring decisions; contributing to company deep-dives on velocity and capacity; and communicating trade-offs honestly.
You must be a builder-operator with proven track record taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems from zero context to measurable outcome. You're a systems thinker who learns fast, able to parachute into unfamiliar domains and become effective without deep prior expertise. You influence without authority, mobilizing cross-functional teams and driving adoption among people who don't report to you. You have strong prioritization judgment, distinguishing root cause from symptoms and focusing on what matters.
