Steno is a fast-growing litigation technology company transforming court reporting and legal workflows. We're seeking a Corporate Meetings & Events Manager to build and lead our field marketing events strategy from the ground up.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end execution of corporate meetings, conferences, and field marketing events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement within the legal industry. You'll develop event strategies aligned with business objectives, manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics, and measure ROI on all programs. This is a foundational role—you'll have the opportunity to build a new function and establish best practices as Steno scales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and field marketing initiatives
- Managing budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships
- Coordinating logistics, registration, and on-site execution
- Developing event strategies grounded in customer insights and market opportunities
- Measuring event performance and reporting on impact
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment
You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Experience in B2B events, field marketing, or corporate event management is ideal. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, excited about building something new, and passionate about delivering premium execution.
