You will become a subject matter expert in revenue and gross margin reporting for Oura, leading consolidated financial analysis across business units and functions. Key responsibilities include consolidating financial results and forecasts into monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including board materials and forecast reviews. You'll partner with the broader FP&A team to understand business drivers, evaluate financial impacts, and analyze performance trends while identifying risks and opportunities.
You will ensure data integrity across planning systems, reporting tools, and financial models, driving best practices in reporting and data utilization from multiple sources. High integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a self-starter attitude are core expectations.
The role is fully remote with a preference for Eastern time zone candidates, though the company is open to candidates across the US. Oura offers competitive salary and equity packages, comprehensive health benefits, an Oura Ring, flexible working arrangements, wellness stipends, and generous PTO and leave policies.
