ICEYE, the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space, is seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team in Espoo, Finland. This is a hands-on finance role offering exposure to real business decisions from day one, reporting to the Director of FP&A.
You will support investment analysis, financial reporting, and cross-functional projects while working closely with senior finance leaders. Key responsibilities include:
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports and management dashboards with accurate data presentation. Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from plan.
Business Cases & Investment Support: Develop business cases for capital expenditure, new programmes, and technology investments. Build and maintain financial models, gather assumptions, and run sensitivity analyses. Analyze M&A opportunities and support due diligence and post-deal integration tracking.
Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct market, competitor, and industry research. Identify and analyze key operational and financial value drivers. Provide ad hoc financial analysis supporting executive and cross-functional requests.
Process & Tooling Support: Support rollout and adoption of planning and BI tools to reduce manual spreadsheet work. Maintain FP&A templates, documentation, and process standards.
Project & Stakeholder Support: Support cross-functional finance projects from scoping through delivery. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders outside Finance, learning to influence without formal authority.
Required: 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment-facing roles. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; BI or planning tool exposure is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Progress toward accounting or finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) is a plus.
