You'll join the Finance team reporting to the Head of Finance, owning corporate financial planning, board preparation, and investor narrative for a fast-growing fintech company. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility individual contributor role with significant influence on strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include: supporting board preparation and shaping investor narratives; owning the integrated corporate model covering revenue, costs, headcount, and cash; leading the financial planning process end-to-end with accounting and org leaders; partnering with GTM, Engineering, People, and Operations on budget and COGS strategy; serving as thought partner on capital allocation and operating-model decisions; and building AI workflows for recurring analysis using tools like Omni, NetSuite, Python, n8n, and Claude.
You'll need 8+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A with deep B2B SaaS financial expertise. Strong technical skills required: three-statement modeling, GAAP fluency, and proficiency with NetSuite, BI tools, SQL, and Python. Experience with AI-assisted workflows and automation is a plus. You should be comfortable forming independent points of view, communicating clearly to executives and boards, and operating in early-stage startup ambiguity.
The role is structured as an IC position with growth potential as the function scales. Anrok operates a hybrid model with 3 days per week in-office at hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City, or Dublin.
