The company partners with employers, HCM providers, and gig platforms to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers. This Corporate Finance role reports to the CFO and serves as a key financial partner across the organization. You will lead financial planning and forecasting (budgets, headcount, compensation, vendor spend), provide business partnering and financial advisory to cross-functional teams, and drive expense management and cost efficiency initiatives. The role involves conducting detailed variance analyses, delivering regular and ad-hoc financial reports to senior leadership, and communicating financial insights and recommendations to improve performance. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models for scenario analysis and long-term planning, ensuring financial data integrity through collaboration with Accounting, and continuously assessing opportunities to streamline processes and integrate AI tools across financial functions. You will work in a fast-paced environment where operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making are critical. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred); 7-10 years of corporate finance, FP&A, or similar experience in fintech, consumer finance, or tech environments; proven ability to provide financial insights to senior leadership; expert Excel/GSheets skills with advanced financial modeling capabilities; demonstrated integration of AI tools into prior roles; strong business partnering and communication skills; experience reporting to or working directly with a CFO or Head of FP&A. The ideal candidate demonstrates hunger, humility, honesty, and an owner mentality in a deadline-driven environment.
